Time - 1 hour, every Saturday, duration - 3 months.
As on every Saturday I go to the swimming pool I did go today as well. I always spend exactly 60 minutes using various types of swimming strokes :
-crawl
-backstroke
But this time I was focused on backstroke because of my back pains caused by sitting down for a long time. I've been swimming for even more time 90 minutes (!) and then went to SPA to get some rest. Swimming is very important and contributes to a healthy lifestyle. It also is very important because helps maintaining your organism balanced. Swimming is something that I have initiated and planned, I decided that I want to swim to develop my body and keep the overall health at a good level. Through that activity I have also shown perseverance and commitment to my activity, because I am doing that regularly and I am really devoted to it. I really enjoy swimming, it's entertaining and helps developing my body.
