Today is Tuesday, so I went to the gym with a friend of mine Tommy Cylny and I did a full-time work out. I've started two weeks ago and I am doing very well so far. Work-out is something very important and contributes to the healthy lifestyle. What is very important about GYM is that it helps not only developing body, but also keeps your organism balanced and in good health. I think that going to the gym regularly is very important for the health. It's a planned and initiated activity, because I do it once a week, on Tuesday and it is my own initiative. Today I did all exercises including: -Bodyweight exercises (push-ups, abdominal crunch)
-Dumbbell workout
-Chest workout
-Arms workout
-Leg workout
I use the newest training machines (Techno Gym) and the results are satisfying!
